Born and raised in the Capital of Canada, Deena graduated with a BFA in 2006 from the University of Ottawa, and in 2010 she graduated from Sheridan College's Illustration program with a BAA. Some of her clients include Bust Magazine, INFLO Films, The Literary Review of Canada, TIFF Bell Lightbox and The Sartorial Geek. She was also included in both editions of the Kickstarter phenom The Secret Loves of Geek Girls. When Deena's not drawing, she can be found at the movies, reading comics, or drinking tea.
